How do students access their courses?

Students use the secure account created or approved by the academy. Their enrolled Tutor LMS courses appear inside the student dashboard.

Are tests taken online?

No. Tests are conducted physically at the academy. Teachers or authorised academy staff then upload the marks and remarks to the student portal.

How can parents view results?

Parents can use the student login credentials to review published test results, teacher remarks, performance status, and course progress.

Where are lesson videos hosted?

The academy can upload videos to YouTube as unlisted and embed them inside Tutor LMS lessons. This keeps the website fast and avoids heavy hosting storage.

Can students track course completion?

Yes. Tutor LMS tracks completed lessons and shows the progress percentage for each enrolled course.

Is there a separate parent portal?

No separate parent portal is included. Parents use the student account, as agreed in the project scope.
